Terms and conditions

Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set forth below:
- Account means a betting account established by Customer with Us;
- Business Day means any day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for general business in Curaçao;
- Customer means the individual who opens an Account with Us;
- Us or Our refers to Lucky8 Casino and its affiliates, agents, successors and assigns;
Acceptance Of Terms And Conditions
By opening an Account and/or by placing any bet (the "Bet") with Us, Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time by Us in Our sole discretion.
Age Restrictions
Customer must be at least 18 years of age or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Customer resides (the "Age Restriction"). We reserve the right, without liability, to require proof of Age Restriction from time to time and may refuse to accept a Bet if there are reasonable grounds for believing that Customer has not met their obligations under this clause.
Compliance With Law
We operate in compliance with applicable law and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to those established by the laws of Curaçao and the jurisdiction(s) where we permit bets from (the "Applicable Laws"). We may refuse to accept a Bet if it appears that such Bet is prohibited by any Applicable Law.
Account And Betting Rules
Customer agrees:
- to comply with these Terms and Conditions;
- not to use or attempt to use someone else's identity;
- not to create multiple Accounts;
- not to share their Account details (username, password etc.) with anyone;
Bet Acceptance And Settlement
We will inform Customer of the acceptance or rejection of a Bet as soon as is reasonably possible after we have accepted it. We reserve the right to reject any bet at Our discretion and without liability.
Stake Payment
Where a Stake Payment is required, payment must be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, which include but are not limited to:
- We will charge a fee on all deposits (the "Deposit Fee") as specified by Us from time to time; and
- Payments must be processed using Our designated banking services.
Payout Terms
Where applicable, Winnings will be paid to Customer within the timeframe set out in these Terms and Conditions or such other period as may apply under the Applicable Laws of the relevant jurisdiction (the "Payment Period"). We reserve the right to deduct any taxes, fees or commissions from Winnings payable to a Customer.
Dispute And Decision
We will endeavour to provide an accurate service but if there is a dispute regarding a Bet, Our decision shall be final and binding on all parties involved in such dispute.
Limitation Of Liability
Customer acknowledges that We have no obligation to verify the accuracy of information provided by Customer or others which may impact upon any transaction including without limitation account activity and Bet history.
Deferment Or Cancellation
We reserve the right at Our discretion and with no liability, either temporarily defer payment for Winnings due under a Bet or cancel such Bet prior to its expiration time if in the reasonable opinion of Us:
- There is (or there is likely to be) any irregularity, fault, defect or error, which would prevent settlement; or
- A customer is acting (or has acted) fraudulently or maliciously.
Warranties And Representations
Customer acknowledges and agrees that all Bets are made subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Indemnification
Customer agrees:
- not to bring a claim against Us, Our directors, officers or employees for any loss of profit (whether direct or indirect), for any business interruption, loss of data or corruption of data; or
- otherwise seek compensation from us except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao and all disputes arising between Us and Customer shall be resolved through the courts thereof (the "Applicable Courts") which have jurisdiction over Our principal business place. Any claims against Us must be brought within one year from the date when the cause of action accrued.
Variation
We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason and with immediate effect without prior notice to Customers, either in accordance with Our internal policies or as a result of changes in Applicable Laws.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions set out all terms and conditions which shall govern the relationship between Us and Customer and constitute the entire understanding between them.
Notices
Customer accepts that any notice issued to him by We will be binding on him upon delivery or receipt (whether actual, constructive, or deemed), unless otherwise agreed in writing and such written acceptance is duly acknowledged by both parties.
Language Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and Customer agrees that this language shall prevail as the official contract language.
